September 26th, 2015 - Charles LaPlant Grabs Podium Finish at Clarksville Speedway
1 Charles LaPlant returned to action on Saturday night traveling to Clarksville Speedway (Clarksville, Tennessee) to a field of 10 Super Late Models. Coming from 9th in his heat, Charles scored a 3rd place finish. Transferring into the feature with a 9th place starting spot, LaPlant advanced six more spots in the A-Main finishing 3rd behind Caleb Ashby and Clayton Miller with Chris Shelton and Don Young rounding out the top five.

September 12th, 2015 - Charles LaPlant Competes in 45th Annual World 100
1On Thursday night Charles LaPlant made the trip to Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) for the prestigious three-day 45th Annual World 100. With 106 Super Late Models signed in for the biggest weekend in dirt late model racing, LaPlant earned a 4th row starting spot in his heat with the 7th fastest qualifying time in his group. Needing a 3rd place finish or better in his heat, Charles logged a 6th place finish transferring him into the B-Main. Hoping to score a 3rd place spot or better to make one of the two 25-lap features, Charles LaPlant registered a 13th place outing in his B-Main bringing an early end to his night.

With the rain washing away all the events on Friday, Charles LaPlant earned a 4th row starting spot for his heat on Saturday morning. Transferring the top three, LaPlant was sent into the B-Main after placing 9th. Needing a 3rd place outing or better to make one of the two preliminary features, Charles scratched from the event shifting all of his focus to Saturday night. (Josh James Artwork)

1Earning a tail-end starting spot for his heat based of preliminary results, LaPlant needed a 3rd place finish or better to make the main event from his heat. Logging a 14th place finish, Charles transferred into the B-Main for his last chance at the 45th Annual World 100. Needing a 5th place finish or better in his consolation race, Charles LaPlant decided to save equipment watch and the rest of the night from his trailer.
